Exhibition: Sepia from the heart (Sep 2008)
On Thursday 4th September, Borderline opened a special solo exhibition titled Sepia from the heart, showcasing the work of Thai artist Nid. It is his first solo show at Borderline Gallery. He created and expressed his emotions based on his passing through the Thai environment.
You can feel and relax with his artworks of sepia, charcoal, black and white images of along the Thai Burma border. He worked very patiently and detail of emotional faces of the people between light, dark, shadow and reflection.
“While I am painting it is feel like I am singing my favorite song”, he says.
Opening reception: You are invited to join us and meet the artists at the opening reception taking place at Borderline Gallery from 6 pm to 9 pm on Thursday 4th September. Borderline offered Burmese food and drinks supported by Borderline Tea Shop. The show runs until 18th September.
