On Thursday 3rd December, Borderline gallery will open a solo exhibition of Burmese artist Saw Cu Cil entitled IMAGES OF THE PAST. This unique exhibition showcases his diverse portfolio of work, that explores both traditional images through a mixture of mediums and styles. From striking charcoal portraits to gentle watercolour landscapes, This is also an exhibition which is express about the nature of Burmese ethnic peoples , their daily lives.We as the viewer are invited to follow him through his personal artistic journey.
