On Thursday 6th August, Borderline gallery will open a solo exhibition of Burmese artist Saw Poedah entitled The Inner Light. This unique exhibition showcases his diverse portfolio of work, that explores both traditional images through a mixture of mediums and styles. From striking charcoal portraits to gentle watercolour and acrylic landscapes, This is also an exhibition which is express about the nature of Burmese ethnic peoples ,their poorness and their daily lives.We as the viewer are invited to follow him through his personal artistic journey.
